When in Need, Pray.
God invites us to cast our cares on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We are also encouraged to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Praying for each other is an indispensable part of caring for one another. At GFC, there are number of ways we seek to stay connected with God and one another through prayer.
Prayer Groups
There are three weekly prayer group meetings open to anyone who would like to join together and pray: Fridays from 7:00-8:00 am in the GFC Café, Sunday from 8:00-8:30 am in the East Group Room (praying for the GFC community), and Sunday from 8:30-9:00 am in the East Group Room (praying for the Sunday worship services).
Prayer Wall
Share a prayer request to GFC’s online prayer wall below. You may submit anonymously if desired.

Prayer School
As we seek to be a church that is moving towards Jesus, we believe that what is going to make us people who experience deep transformation in Jesus is prayer. And what is going to make us people of prayer is not insight but practice. But for many Christians, prayer feels intimidating, and while we may desire to develop a practice of prayer, we don’t know where to begin. At this important event, we will provide guidance and practical resources to help you begin cultivating a deep, rich life of prayer with God.
When: Saturday, January 18 from 8 am to 12 pm.
Where: GFC East Auditorium
